D – Drivers. These are individuals who want to get affairs finished. Involved and fast stepped, more involved in jobs than family relationships. Often strong willed and very forceful, they drive to have things done their way.

P – Promoters. These are people who want to be observed. Active and fast pace they are relationship minded rather than tasks. Often very talkative, talky, friendly and usually impressive. Do things more intuitively.

S – Assistants. These are the people who want to get along. Very social and relationship oriented and not as vocal or warm as Promoters. Very dependable, work lazier, great team players, cozy, want to help, show care and want take care of everyone.

A – Administrators. These are people who want to get it right. Task oriented, not big on relationships, not very social and don’t convey their feelings. Very analytical, reasonable and risk averse. They work at a slower more methodical pace and are less emphatic and less gesticulating.

Each style has it’s own behavioural forms. Some styles don’t get along, others are more worthy to each other.
